BUILD YOUR INDOOR POOL
Want to build an indoor pool? To do this, it is essential to think carefully about your project by thinking about its design down to the smallest detail. Because the longevity, efficiency and quality of your swimming pool depend on it. Be aware, however, that such an installation will give your private mansion or loft a unique character that everyone will envy.
Adapt your property to your desires
It's the dream of every owner of a beautiful residence: to get an indoor pool and splash around in the water, summer or winter. Before choosing the ideal model, the good must be suitable for such equipment. To do this, seek the expertise of professionals. The indoor pool must have a separate room, made of materials that can absorb noise. The place must be spacious enough to store all the technical equipment such as the pump, heating or automatic regulators, but also high enough to avoid any effect of confinement.
As for the size of the pool, keep in mind that an indoor pool is heated all year round. The bigger it is, the more difficult it will be to obtain the right temperature throughout the pool... and the higher your energy bill will be. An indoor swimming pool naturally generates humidity in the room. To overcome this problem, buy a good dehumidifier and ensure the ventilation of the room. If you want to install windows, bet on double glazing and lay anti-corrosion coatings on the floor. Also consider the foundations of the house at the time of construction. A pool that is too deep can create cracks in the housing. It is preferable to bet on a flat bottom of 1m20 to 1m50.
Count between 30,000 and 80,000 euros for the construction of your pool
In terms of price, indoor pools are often twice as expensive as outdoor pools. Count at least 30,000 euros even if it all depends on the size, the type of swimming pool and the materials necessary for its construction. An indoor concrete pool, for example, can cost between 50,000 and 80,000 euros depending on the size of the pool.
Customize your pool according to the architecture of your property
In addition to the size, the materials needed to build your pool also impact the price. It then remains to provide an additional envelope to decorate your swimming pool in harmony with the architecture of the property. If it is an old house, incorporate old materials such as wood or ceramics. Opt for an atypical model like a mirror pool. On a waterproof pool structure, multiply the colors and designs on your tiles. Recreate a Zen atmosphere or Roman baths if your pool is not seen from the outside. Underwater enclosures, LED lamps, massage jets… let your imagination run wild to make the place your own.
